Administering the News.Net network on behalf of Big News Network is Mainstream Media Limited, a company originally incorporated in Bahrain in 1996 but restructured and incorporated in the UK in 2013, while administering Big News Network's eNewspapers is Midwest Radio Network, a company incorporated in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia in 1938.

Big News Network became the third largest shareholder in Ireland’s FM radio Network iRadio in November 2013 when it acquired a 10% shareholding.
